What we collect

Browsing the directory collects nothing personal — there are no accounts and no cookies. If you use the suggest-a-provider, report-a-correction, or listing forms, we collect only the fields you fill in on that form, plus a hashed version of your IP address (called ip_hash) and a timestamp. We never store your raw IP address — it's hashed for abuse prevention only.

Purpose & lawful basis

We use form submissions only to verify providers, correct listings, and contact people who ask to be listed. We don't use this data for anything else — no marketing, no resale, no profiling.

Data minimisation

Each form asks only for what that specific purpose needs. We don't collect extra fields "just in case."

Retention

Form submissions are kept for 24 months, then deleted. We don't keep them indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete data you've submitted at any time — emailhello@truadhd.com.

Children's data

This directory is not aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 through these forms. (Any consented-questionnaire or parental-consent flow you may see referenced elsewhere is not currently active on this site.)

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate usage statistics. It is cookieless and stores no personal data. That's why this site has no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.
